See U Again (“we”, “us”) makes AI memorial videos at seeuagain.net. The photos and recordings you share with us are often of someone you have lost, so we keep what we collect to a minimum and delete it on a fixed schedule. This policy explains how.

What we collect

  • Order details: your email address, your loved one's name (optional) and any special requests you write.
  • Files you upload: photos, and optionally one audio clip and one video clip. These may show or contain the voices of you, your loved one and other people.
  • A private tracking link we email you so you can check your order status.
  • Basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in its server logs.
  • Your light or dark display preference, saved in your own browser (not sent to us).

How we use it

  • To make your video, deliver it by email and make your free revision.
  • To contact you about your order and its payment.
  • To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos or recordings to train AI models of our own.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the service:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website and stores uploaded files.
  • Google, whose Gmail service we use to send and receive order emails, including your uploaded files.
  • AI video generation services, which receive the photos and clips needed to create your video and nothing else.
  • Payment providers, which process your payment. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Google AdSense, which may show ads on this website (see “Cookies and ads” below).

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 30 days of upload. Copies in our order inbox are deleted on the same schedule.
  • We keep the finished video only as long as we need it to resend it or make your revision, and no longer than 30 days after delivery.
  • Order records (email address, order details and status) are kept while we need them for customer support, accounting and legal requirements, and then deleted.

If you'd like your files or order details deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us from the address you used to order and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and ads

This site may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses cookies in advertising.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
