Refund Policy

Every memorial video is made to order from your own photos, so we focus on getting it right for you. This page explains the free revision and when we give a refund.

One free revision

If the finished video doesn't feel right, reply to the email we delivered it with and tell us what you'd like changed. We will revise it once, free of charge.

When you get a full refund

• We cannot deliver your video within 7 days of confirming your payment.
• We cannot create a video from the files you sent, and you would rather not send different ones.
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.

When we don't give a refund

Once a video has been delivered, we offer the free revision instead of a refund, because the work has already been done.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@seeuagain.net with your order number. We send approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.
