Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use seeuagain.net or order a video from See U Again (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

The service

We create a short memorial video, about 15 seconds long, in 1080p MP4 format, from the photos and clips you upload. We email it to you, usually within 48 hours. If we expect a delay, we will tell you.

AI-generated videos

  • Videos are created with AI. They are artistic tributes, not real footage, and they may contain small imperfections. Results depend a lot on the photos you provide.
  • Do not present the video as a real recording of something that happened or something a person said.

Your uploads, likeness rights and responsibility

You may only upload photos, audio and video you have full rights to. That includes the portrait and likeness rights, and the voice, of every person who appears in them. When you upload files, you confirm that:

  • You own the files, or you have permission to use them from whoever holds the rights, including the right to use the face and voice of every person shown.
  • If they show someone who has died, you are their close family member or heir, or you have the agreement of their close family.
  • You have the consent of any living person who appears in them.
  • If they show a child under 18, you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or you have their permission.
  • They do not show people you have no right to use, such as celebrities, public figures, strangers, or people in images you found online.
  • You won't use the video to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone, or for sexual or hateful content.

We do not check who holds the rights to your files. We rely on your confirmation, so you alone are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the finished video. If anyone makes a claim against us because your files or your use of the video infringed their portrait, likeness, privacy, copyright or other rights, you agree to cover the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that result, as far as the law allows.

We may refuse or cancel an order, stop work and delete the files if we believe it breaks these rules or if a rights holder objects. If we cancel before delivery, we refund you in full.

If you believe a video uses your likeness, or a family member's, without permission, email support@seeuagain.net with the details. We will look into it and, where appropriate, stop work and delete the files.

Price and payment

The price is $9.90 per video unless a different price is shown when you order. Your order is confirmed once we receive payment.

Revisions and refunds

Each order includes one free revision. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Using your video

The finished video is for personal, non-commercial use. You are free to keep it and share it with family and friends, including on social media. Any background music we add is included for personal sharing only. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

How we handle your files and details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide the service with care but “as is”. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
